This page goes over any general info pertaining to the weekend festivities and what to know before visiting to celebrate with the community.  We look forward to a wonderful celebration and fun for all ages!

Event Schedule

To find out what is happening for SCP Weekend, click below on a day of your choice.  You will see the entire schedule for that day with all the activities, games, contests and more, along with any information as applicable.

The event schedule is subject to change.

Mass Schedule

Mass times till remain the same as always but Saturday's mass and Sunday's last mass will be outside at the main stage and under our large tent for cover from the sun.

  • Masses located in our Church

    • Sunday at 8:30AM

    • Sunday at 10:00AM

  • Masses located at our Performance Stage

    • Saturday at 5:00PM

    • Sunday at 11:30AM

Note that after the 11:30AM mass, on Sunday, to wrap up the weekend celebration, we are having a community pancake breakfast with live entertainment for all to enjoy.  For more details, visit our Food and Beverages page. 

Parking

We will have several FREE public parking options available, off campus, to those that need them. 

There will also be limited ADA/Handicap parking options available on St. Chris property or the option to drop off guests right into the action, and then park in one of the below locations.   

**NOTE the St. Christopher parking lot will be CLOSED to the public FRIDAY August 23rd, beginning at 4PM and lasting till SUNDAY August 25th at 8AM.

The lot will be available for parking for all Sunday masses but with some limitations and traffic control.

**The below lots are tentative and we anticipate all three will be available, pending confirmations.

  • Rocky River Middle School (RRMS)

    • This is the closest parking option and most convenient.  Just a short walk across Lakeview and down Lakeview Court where you will arrive in the parish parking lot right next to Centennial Park.

  • Rocky River High School (RRHS)

    • This is a 5-10 minute walk down Detroit, but offers more parking availability if the RRMS lot is full.​

  • Rocky River Board of Education

    • This is minutes away, almost directly across from the parking lot off Detroit; a secondary overflow option if you wish to be closer then RRHS.
